Ameripark was founded by Whitney Jurjevich, a Marine veteran and former police officer who built the company around two ideas he picked up in the Corps: take care of the mission, and take care of the people.
At our Waddell location, that means real humans answer the phone. Pricing doesn’t change every three months. When something goes sideways, we own it and we make it right.
We’re not the biggest storage company in Arizona. We’re trying to be the one you actually recommend to your neighbor.

If your HOA won’t let you park it, your driveway is too small, or you don’t want the Arizona sun cooking your investment, we’ve got you. Most of our customers live within a few miles of the facility, so it’s an easy stop to load up Thursday night and roll out Friday morning toward Lake Pleasant or wherever the weekend takes you.
HVAC trucks, food trucks, moving vans, landscaping trailers, semi-truck tractors, contractor rigs, fleet vehicles. The HOAs and city ordinances around Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, and Buckeye don’t make it easy to park a work vehicle at home. We host a lot of folks in that exact spot.

Ameripark Waddell sits at 17220 W. Bethany Home Rd, just west of Loop 303. From Surprise, we’re about 5 minutes west on Bell or Greenway. From Peoria or Glendale, it’s a straight shot down Loop 303. From Buckeye, Goodyear, or Litchfield Park, head north on Loop 303 and you’ll be here in 15 to 20 minutes.
It’s the kind of drive that turns into a habit once you’re a customer. Most of our folks stop by Thursday night to prep for the weekend, then hit the road Friday morning.

Yes, we’d be happy to help you set up convenient automatic billing. You can also log in to your customer portal to pay once, set up auto-pay, change payment type, and more.
Yes. Our on-site sewage dump station is available exclusively to Ameripark customers (not open to the public). It’s one of the few covered RV storage facilities in the Surprise area with this amenity.
We treat your equipment like it’s our own. Cameras throughout the park, monitored gate access, motion-activated lighting, daily security patrols, and a top-of-the-line electronic gate code system.
Gate access is 3:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. Entry is controlled through our secure electronic gate using your unique PIN code.
Yes. Every customer is required to have coverage on their stored vehicle. You can use your own existing insurance policy, or you can use the additional coverage we offer through our partner, RV Park & Protect. Either way, we’ll need proof of coverage on file before you move in.
We’ve partnered with RV Park & Protect to offer monthly storage coverage for your RV, boat, or vehicle. Your first month is on us, completely free. After that, if you don’t opt out, the monthly fee is added to your regular storage rent. If you’d rather use your own insurance, you can opt out anytime before the first billing cycle ends and you won’t be charged. More details at rvparknprotect.com.
